Steve, NW0C, will share his expertise on surface mount soldering techniques at the June 6th meeting. We convene at 1:30 p.m. at the Minnetonka Community Center (directions are available by scrolling down to the bottom of the page). Bring items of interest for show and tell. Field Day planning will continue.

The MNQRP Society is pleased to announce that WQ0RP will be on the air for the 2009 Field Day events, at Rimage Corporation. The regular monthly meeting of the Minnesota QRP Society was called to order by VP Ron Dodge, K0TC, at 1:30 pm on 4/4/09.

Introductions were made, the minutes and treasury report were approved.

There was discussion of Field Day which occurs June 27-28. Steve, NW0C, will check on sites and report back in May. There is some interest in getting T-shirts.

The meeting was adjourned.

I was looking through the user list and noticed quite a few users that were created by bots. They had names like: ErxeSt_3UsdWqnuare and such. I had the sign up pretty loose in that there wasn't any authorization to create an account.

I've had to change this. For any new accounts, they will have to be authorized before getting access. If there are any messages with spam, please let me know and I'll remove them.
